The silicone heel pads use a soft gel cushioning layer that sits between your heel and the shoe, absorbing shock with every step and distributing pressure evenly across the heel bone. This reduces the impact that causes heel pain, fatigue, and discomfort.

The comfort insole design supports the natural contour of the heel, providing targeted pain relief for plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, and general heel soreness throughout the day.

30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

Try the heel pads risk-free for 30 days from delivery. Not satisfied? Return them for a full refund — no questions asked.

Most users feel relief from the very first step. The silicone cushioning begins absorbing shock and reducing heel pressure immediately upon standing or walking.

For lasting results, wear consistently throughout the day. Most users report a significant reduction in heel pain and fatigue within a few days of regular use.

Place them in your shoes in seconds. Instant cushioning from the very first step.

Step 1: Place Inside Your Shoe

Simply place the silicone heel pad inside your shoe, positioning it under the heel. The non-slip surface keeps it firmly in place — no adhesive or setup needed.

Step 2: Put On Your Shoes

Slip your foot in as normal. The slim profile means it fits comfortably inside any shoe — trainers, work shoes, boots, or everyday footwear — without affecting the fit.

Step 3: Walk, Work & Repeat

Go about your day with every step cushioned. The silicone absorbs shock and relieves heel pressure continuously throughout the day.
